Has any body done this?

Well my xbox rrod'ed for the second damn time and I decided to go pick up a new arcade system so I have something to play while its out to MS getting fixed....my question is would I be able to return it once I get MY system back and get the money put back on my CC oh yea I got it at Best BuyHas any body done this?

They check the serials. Once you get caught they take you straight to jail. The FBI then gets a warrant for your house and destroy everything inside. Oh yeah and if you have a dog, they take that too.
I took mine back within 30 days and they didnt give me much hassel. But that was by the luck of god. BestBuy is way to hard on returns and there super gay so they'll probably not let you. But its always worth a try.
