my gamer tag is ''gamerguy2002'' and every time i try to login to xbox.com i get redirected to the account creation page. i could login with my other gamer tag just fine and the profile is on the site:

So why cant i login to the xbox.com page? thank you for helping.Having trouble logging into xbox.com
