It was so fast that I'm not able to read the facts on the loading screen %26 it helps the drive by reading the disc only when you boot up the game the 360 making no sounds after boot up.
yeah the only thing is i only have 2.2 GB's left. looks like i have to delete some demos =P
IM STILL GETTING THAT ERROR..!!!
Just return it where you bought it they will exchange a new 1 for it.
If you look at most games when you buy them, they are normally made in Mexico. At least for NA copies and for newer games I know this is true....
Sulli, sounds like a Disk Drive Failure...
Try some other games, are they doing the same thing?
i just bought my copy the other day and i noticed it said ''disk made in mexico'' on the back of the plastic. are all the games this way? which brings me to my next question.. i was able to play it for awhile, and the following day i went to play it and it brought up a white screen with japanese writing and it said ''please insert disk into an xbox 360 console'' i was very upset, and tried it a few times and eventually it read the game data. what is the issue here? i just want to play and not have to open and close 5 times just for my xbox to read it. i was thinking about taking it back and exchanging it for another copy but if they are all the same there is no point. what should i do??
My COD4 did this type of thing, it has to do with a faulty or warped disc, what happens is your 360 thinks this game is a DVD not a game, and so you get this message, I would definitely take this back and exchange it if it is giving you a huge prob.
Sulli, sounds like a Disk Drive Failure...
Try some other games, are they doing the same thing?
It's not a disc drive failure, its a result of a faulty or warped disc causing the drive to think its a DVD not a game, if the other games are working fine without this prob showing up, and it is just the one game, chances are it's just the game, and he should return it for another copy.
yeah man my other games work fine its just this brand new disk that is being mistaken for a dvd, it works sometimes but most of the time it comes up to the white screen with the error. i think i should return it.. i wish i didnt have to :(
i just want to say thanks for your guys' help, i appreciate it. i'll post an update if anything changes or if i get a new copy and i still have the error. another problem i have been having for awhile is my disk tray likes to open sometimes and after that i try to open it and doesnt open, the green light blinks like its opening but it seems stuck, so i learned to tap it a few times and it opens, but not the whole way, like 95% of the way and after a few seconds it closes automatically, unless i pull the tray out 100%. im just full of problems arent i? my disks read fine, its just my resident evil game, and the disk tray seems old and doesnt work like it should, but it does work...
