Six Days in Fallujah... bad idea

Why in the hell would anyone want to base a game off the US Military's siege on Fallujah? Most people arent aware that marines that fought there were ordered to shoot anyone 12 and up, be it a teenager, an old man/woman, or anyone else. When mothers were attempting to flee the city with their children, the older children were slaughtered. This was ORDERED by the Us Military. Not only did we horrendously torture the inhabitants of this city (its documented, dont try to disprove it) we also killed thousands of innocent people.Bad idea for a game Konami, the attack on Fallujah was executed in one of the worst ways possible, just let this game die.Six Days in Fallujah... bad idea

well, if this is a bad idea then every game based on World War 2 and Vietnam is a bad idea, they did all those things and more in vietnam, hell we even poisened our own troops with agent orange.i for one cant wait to play this game, looks decent.
So why is this any worse than any war game ever made? Just because the war in Iraq is still going on? Big deal, I don't see anything wrong with the making of this game.

(hezbollahector) save your condemnations of the US military until after the war is over. Right now its still too early to know what is right and wrong.

[/QUOTE]No, not at all. Its because theyre going to GLORIFY the assault on Fallujah. I personaly do not like games based on actual wars, it doesnt matter whose side your fighting for.

I can assure you that a 12 yr old can fire an AK47 the same as an adult. Discretion is the better part of valor, which is a MAJOR part of what what it means to be a MARINE! By the way, I can`t wait for this game , partly because over 2 dozen marines were involved in making it. Maybe you could find a nice little bungalo in FRANCE to hide out in while the rest of us support our troops! C-YA

Yay, let's make a game where we can act like the US military and kill innocent people. Sounds like a good idea.



I won't be buying it.
They have the right to make any game they want. I just don't agree with it, so I won't play it. It is a bad idea though, because the US has done some horrible things in its past.
Finally some people who see where im coming from, i thought i was alone haha.
Who cares? I'm buying it, I don't care about these ''facts'' that your telling me about. Your bull**** won't stop me from buying it. Also, I've been waiting for a war game based on the current war to come out.
