my daD was wondering why is the xbox so good becuase he said he get me one so i said it had some good grapics,good games,good controls and u have xb live . so is there anthing im missingxbox 360 good or bad

The disc port's shiny if you get a Pro or Elite. And the Elite's black, that's about the main selling point of it aside from the bigger hard drive which you don't really need unless you're going and buying ever Arcade game out there then downloading about 50 DLCs and installing all your disc games...

Dude, tell your dad that the Xbox 360 is the best gaming console to ever come out and that it is the best there will be until Microsoft comes out with the next console.

It has the best online service.
Xbox live . It's the best in the current gen of consoles. It has more games than the PS3, no gimmicks like the Wii %26 nothing but pure gaming experience. But for last gen PS2 is the best.
It's the game selection, that's what the 360 is all about.
If many of the games available for the console appeal to you then I say go for it. I did and I couldn't be more happier!
Can't say. I bought a PS3 and an xbox 360. The PS3 is better in everything I'd say, BUT the library. I think that if you wanna sell an x360, you've got to talk about the number of exclusives. Because for the graphics, ps3 is the same as x360, and they are poor compared to PCs. For the use, a ps3 is better for your parents since it can read blue-ray dics, media card (from camera, so you can watch a slide show of you vacancies) and pretty much all you can throw at it (even DivX movies... and directly from your PC from any media server (even the windows media server, lol)). But since the ps3 cost more money and have less games, right now the deal is the xbox 360. You should simply print the review of the xbox 360 made by cnet.com.Anyway.
I own the 3 next-gen consoles. The wii has been collecting dust for months (I really hate it :x ), I love my ps3 but I prefer the 360. The online service is much better, there are more games, and the controller is much more comfortable IMO.
Since this is becoming a discussion comparing consoles, the best place for it would be System Wars.
