My Xbox keeps freezing :(

My xbox 360 console keeps freezing, every single time i turn it on, at the start it will freeze whe the x shows up, it just started today, only like one every 15 minutes, I googled it and people after freezing usually had the RROD. I'm so scared i'll miss halo 3 launch, i've been waiting 3 years! please tell me anyway to prevent RROD or fix freezingMy Xbox keeps freezing :(
lol, I think you got the RROD ese. Cuz when I got it I was playing Madden, then it froze, I restarted it, and it froze at the X and flashed those dang 3 red lights at me, towel tricced it for a lil bit but stopped after I heard it would acutally hurt your Xbox more in the future.My Xbox keeps freezing :(

alright i have had my pro 360 since jan. 2009 and last night it freezes so i turned it off thinking no big deal, go to play tonight and it freezes on the x so i turn it off back/ on sign in to xbox live and it freezes again turn it off back on again and it lets me play my game for a bit and freezes again and i turn it off and back on and it completly freezes over and over
wow at least your gta doesnt get scratched 4 times , in a row,this is hot on the heels of ms fixing this unit so it is their fault lol theyt made it worst
well all i can say, is that sucks like really
sooner or later it will not unfreeze, so best to deal with the problem earlier rather than later, unless of course it gets RROD, in which case M$ will pay for everything
