I watched the live stream yesterday with esegk(sp) looked incredible. And its not even a final build of the game. I hope it turns out good... I haven't been into Final Fantasy since 9 came out. I beat 10 and 12 but I didn't like them to much.

I don't know what it was about 10.. I think it was Tidus... I just didn't like him to much. 10 just wasn't as good as 7, 8 and 9.
Saw gameplay vids earlier this year and to be honest I kinda worry about FF13, I know that its gonna break a selling record but I just don't think it wiil be as good as people think it will after all this time waiting for it to release.

I'll be paying the full retail price for this game, it looks AMAZING.
Eye Candy. I hope they can make leveling faster though. I am getting impatient of turn based RPG. So many long flashy repetitive battles.

Maybe America just hates men that aren't overly rugged and angry lol. But a lot of people also hated 9 and Zidane and I liked them also. Come to think of it...I guess people disliked 8/Squall and 7/Cloud as well...I guess I only seem to notice the negative. Anyway I have liked every major FF game except 12, and 11 since I couldnt ever really play the thing. Throw 2 in there because the game was just too boring, even if the character growth system was pretty smart.
NICE! It looks like they're bringing it back to the J-RPG Style like FF1 - FF10 had! Finally, They got back to their senses. My fave is 8 though.
:cry: It looks amazing. I want it now. I think it will come to Australia a year after American release, though.
I never really liked the combat system of these types of games... and I think I would be a little lost as far as the story is concerned coming into it 12 games to late...I think I am going to pass...
