What is my controller doing?

Sorry to take up board space, this is probably a stupid question, but my controller is driving me nuts. It keeps randomly switching between the light being in the 1st player corner to two lights lighting up. Lights in opposite corners light up and start moving counterclockwise aroung the x (that or they swirch opposite corners every second). The connection to the console seems to be fine, and this happens while playing all games.Please help, its really annoying.What is my controller doing?

Low battery, plug it in, or replace the batteries if you don't have rechargeables.

I'm pretty sure he was being sarcastic
just replace bateries and you will be back to living in your mums basement without that annoying controller flashing

Buy a new battery pack, unless you use throw aways.

you know I've always noticed that but never knew what it was for. I have that device that enables me to play as my battery pack charges so i never put 2 and 2 together... but now i know. Thanks!! But some of you people are soo sarcatistic and facetious, the gamer was just asking a question, jeez!!
it just means that your battery is low and you should change it. Usually this only happens to me in forza 2 or lego indiana jones because it has a lot of vibrations
