I think Forza is around $15 used.
my sister bought viva pinata a long time ago and i was surprised that it was actually fun, i also have mass effect. Not to into forza 2 and i have beat R6V.

Mass Effect and Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2 are both good games under $20. If you can spend the extra $10 you can get Oblivion, which is a great game.

burnout paradise is lots of fun. GRAW2 is really fun too.. only thing is that its really short.
You should get Splinter Cell double agent. I got it today in the mail and from what ive seen so far its amazing.
